DocAssistant is designed to support licensed medical providers in their decision-making processes and help streamline note-writing. It produces preliminary drafts for differential diagnoses, recommended plans, and responses to clinical questions. This platform is not intended for acquiring, processing, or analyzing medical images, signals from in vitro diagnostic devices, or patterns from signal acquisition systems. All DocAssistant responses include the basis for their recommendations and must be independently reviewed by a licensed provider. DocAssistant is a supplementary tool that supports clinical reasoning but never replaces a clinician’s professional judgment. While DocAssistant integrates AI into the clinical workflow, the provider remains fully responsible for practicing medicine. DocAssistant is HIPAA compliant end to end. All patient information is permanently deleted 21 days after session creation.
